Middle East Cyber Diplomacy Initiative

The Middle East Cyber Diplomacy Initiative supports the implementation of norms and confidence-building measures to stabilize cyberspace in the region. The eleven participating states have affirmed the importance of cyber dialogue that enables states to share actionable information despite uncertain trust and facilitates dialogue between states to prevent cyber conflict and escalation.
